The Canadian Children’s Book Centre (CCBC) is a national, not-for-profit organization dedicated to encouraging, promoting and supporting the reading, writing, illustrating and publishing of Canadian books for young readers. Their literature initiatives stimulate children’s curiosity and imagination and provide a foundation for developing a love for reading. With a commitment to raising awareness of quality Canadian authors and illustrators, the CCBC currently reaches over a half million children and youth yearly.

On October 25, 2017, The Canadian Children’s Book Centre hosted a fundraiser which celebrated Second Story Press’ Margie Wolfe for her inspiring contributions to Canadian children’s literature. Leon Frazer is proud to have sponsored a table in support of The Canadian Children’s Book Centre.
